Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Federal Affairs and Local Development, Kamal Thapa, has directed the Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) to blacktop all the roads within the Ring Road in a time-bound manner. Thapa issued this directive in course of a visit to the KMC office today to acquire information about the performance and development management. “Kathmandu would really look like the capital city only when it is clean, green and bright,” he said.
