Former prime minister and Chair of CPN-UML KP Sharma Oli today called Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal a driver without driving licence.Addressing the inaugural programme of AP 1 television and Annapurna Today weekly magazine here today, Oli said “One cannot be a driver just because he/she is in the driving seat.
